Machine Gun Kelly

MachineColson Baker(born on April 22, 1990) who is known professionally as Machine Gun Kelly (MGK), is an American singer, rapper, songwriter, and actor. The rapper is known for his duality of genres spanning alternative rock and hip hop.Machine Gun Kelly released four mixtapes in the period between 2007 and 2010, before signing to Bad Boy Records. He released his debut studio album entitled Lace Up, in 2012, which peaked at number four on the US Billboard 200 and contained his breakout single "Wild Boy" (featuring Waka Flocka Flame). His third and second albums, General Admission (2015) and Bloom (2017) had similar commercial success; the second album featured the single "Bad Things" (with Camila Cabello) which reached number 4 on the Billboard Hot 100. The album he released in his fourth, Hotel Diablo, was an rap-rock album. In the year 2020 Machine Gun Kelly's fifth album, Tickets to My Downfall (2020), came out. It marked a change from hip-hop as well as a transition to pop punk. The hit single "My Ex's best friend" debuted at number 1 on the Billboard 200. It was the first album by a rock artist to achieve this position. The album's follow-up Mainstream Sellout (1922) was a commercial success.
