Anne Celeste Heche (born in 1939) was an American actress who performed a variety of roles in television, films and the theater. She was awarded numerous awards like the Daytime Emmy Award. The actress was also in the action comedy movie Six Days Seven Nights (1998), the comedy-action film Wag the Dog (1997) and the thriller drama Return to Paradise (2000) as well as the political satirical film Wag the Dog (2007). Anne Lockhart (born Anne Kathleen Maloney September. 6 in 1953) is an American actor in the film industry. She was best known as Lieutenant Sheba in the tv show Battlestar Galactica ( 1978-1979). She is a daughter of actress June Lockhart. Her grandfather was an actor Gene Lockhart. Lockhart was a professional from very young age. In the age of four, Lockhart appeared in the film T is for Tumbleweed. It was nominated for an Academy Award for this short film. She learned how to run the company from her mother during the shoot. Lockhart was featured in a variety of seasons of Lassie. Dora in Jory was her debut film in the year 1972. She was 18 when she portrayed her mother Joan Crawford in 1972 television series The Sixth Sense. Joan was the only actress to appear in The Sixth Sense. There is a popular belief that Anne turned down the role in the film Laurie Strode in John Carpenter's horror film Halloween, in 1978. The role was later recast for Jaime Lee Curtis. Carpenter claims that Anne declined his invitation to play Laurie Strode. Anne doesn't remember John Carpenter contacting her or suggesting the role. It's possible one of Anne's agents turned down the offer because of her, but she didn't tell her. Glen Larson, who had sent her the very first draft script of a character in the television series Battlestar Galactica from 1978, initially chose her. The actress initially refused the role due to the fact that she thought the character was weak. Then Glen made a different part just for her with the character that was stronger, Sheba. The first 25-page script had been read by her, and she immediately endorsed it. It lasted for just one season. She was in Joyride (1977) the film that she co-starred in and acted in alongside Desi Arnaz Jr. Melanie Griffith, Robert Carradine.
